Oh spring, where are you?

April is almost finished and mother nature decides that we need another weekend of cold, snowy weather? Definitely a cruel joke.

On the bright side the weather has made staying in all weekend to tackle school work very easy. Less than two weeks left to go of an incredibly intensive assignment based semester. I think every weekend since January has been dedicated to school work. I'm not even sure if I remember how to do other things! I'm so ready for our week off. Burnt out sums it up completely.

My week off will be less than relaxing but at least its for a good reason. Packing, organizing, unpacking, and reorganizing! I'm getting very excited about our new house. Lots of room inside, and a huge backyard.

My Zozo is almost 100% recovered from her ordeal with pyometra. It certainly hasn't slowed her down much, and i'm so thankful that she is back to being healthy. Her usual antics of barking obnoxiously at squirrel's, and chasing bunnies outside, don't seem so obnoxious anymore. She wasn't too keen on iphone pictures today. (My camera battery was of course dead again from leaving it plugged in to my computer)

Really? Get your phone out of my face

Princess Molly is visiting for a few days. I'm getting her ready to show this summer, and more specifically for our annual Cavalier Fanciers of Southern Ontario specialty show at the end of June.

Her coat is coming in beautifully and I think she is doing excellent at handling classes. It will be fun to show again this year. Hopefully Molly feels the same way!

This year also marks my first year of donating a perpetual trophy to the Cavalier Fanciers of Southern Ontario. I picked a beautiful print by Ken and Laura Ottinger for the 12-18 month bitch class. From the pictures above you might be able to tell why it appealed to me so much!

I hope everyone is enjoying their cold, snowy, yucky spring weekend.
